We see each resident as a whole person shaped by a lifetime of experiences, preferences and moments that still matter. Our memory care community in Bloomfield Hills is built around that belief, offering personalized programs, meaningful daily experiences and an environment where dignity and joy are present every single day.

Orchard Hill will soon introduce TouchPoint Sensory™, an innovative, proprietary approach to memory care developed by Community First Solutions, the parent company of our management partner CFS Senior Holdings, LLC. Engaging residents through touch, taste, sight, sound and smell, TouchPoint Sensory prompts moments of genuine connection and joy.
Rooted in the belief that the senses remain a powerful pathway to well-being, the TouchPoint Sensory experience deepens the personalized care our residents already receive, honoring who they are and elevating everyday quality of life for those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
We're excited to be among the first communities in the area to bring this approach to our residents. We look forward to sharing more about TouchPoint Sensory when you visit.

Our memory care community supports older adults living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, meeting them where they are and helping them live with purpose and presence every day.

This is one of the hardest questions that a family faces. The Alzheimer’s Association notes certain signs often indicate it may be time to explore memory care. A few signs it may be time include confusion with time or location, increasing safety concerns at home, difficulty managing daily tasks and declining physical health due to missed medications or improper nutrition.
Memory care costs vary based on the room type and level of care needed. We believe every family deserves a clear, honest conversation about pricing. Contact us, and we will walk you through what to expect.
Every day is built around each resident’s personal sensory profile, history and preferences. That might include themed experiential activities like “A Day at the Beach” or “Birds and Blooms,” an interactive cooking session, one-on-one engagement time, group programming and sensory station activities, all designed to promote cognitive stimulation, emotional well-being and social connection.
Orchard Hill’s memory care community is staffed 24 hours a day. Additionally, we employ dedicated resident lifestyle specialists to lead our teams in delivering TouchPoint Sensory™ Memory Care programming. All team members working on our campus will complete TouchPoint Sensory Certification through immersive training in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. This equips our staff with advanced skills in communication, interaction and engagement techniques specifically tailored for memory care residents.
The best first step is a visit. Seeing the environment, meeting the team and experiencing our community in person offers the best possible way to make decisions with clarity and confidence.
